When I began working for TYC, two courses were available online that had been created in Microsoft Word. Aside from being terribly outdated, they were inaccessible and unappealing. To update the courses, I had to start over from scratch, which gave me the opportunity to ensure sustainability for the agency's online courses by creating a style guide and writing updated HTML/CSS coding. The result is a much more polished appearance and code that can be updated much more easily in the future.
